Instructions
To prepare Air Fryer Cauliflower, first clean the cauliflower thoroughly, wash it under running water and cut it into florets, making sure to remove the tougher parts.
Place the florets in a bowl, add some salt, pepper and a few drops of olive oil, then mix everything well to coat evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and once it reaches the temperature, place the cauliflower in the basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, making sure to stir halfway through cooking.
Once cooked and nicely golden brown, your Air Fryer Cauliflower is ready to be served and enjoyed.
Alternatives
You can enhance your Air Fryer Cauliflower by sprinkling it with paprika or turmeric, or try a two-step cooking method: first in the microwave and then in the air fryer.
Tips
To achieve tender Air Fryer Cauliflower, we recommend parboiling the florets for 5-10 minutes or, even better, cooking them in a microwave-safe container at maximum power for 10 minutes. Once softened, season to taste and complete the cooking in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
