  1. To prepare Baked Salmon with Asparagus, start with the asparagus: after cleaning them, cut off the tougher woody bottom part. Transfer them to a baking dish, drizzle with white wine and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about five minutes.

Season with small sprigs of rosemary, and add sliced garlic, shallots, and lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for another twenty minutes at 200°C (392°F).
