Instructions

  1. To prepare the Chicken Strips with Bell Peppers, start by preparing the green beans. Wash them, trim the ends, and cook them in plenty of boiling water.

  2. When the green beans are still crispy, drain them and immediately immerse them in cold water to stop the cooking process. Leave them to soak until they reach room temperature, then drain again and cut them in half.

  3. Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast into thin cutlets and then cut each cutlet into strips. Then wash, clean, and cut the bell peppers into strips.

  4. Brown the garlic clove in a large non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil, then add both the bell peppers and green beans. Season with chili powder, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

  5. Add the chicken strips to the pan and let them brown for a few minutes. Deglaze with white wine, and when it has completely evaporated, lower the heat to minimum and adjust the salt to taste.

  6. After about 15 minutes, or when the chicken is perfectly cooked, turn off the heat. Remove the garlic clove, stir to combine all ingredients, and serve your Chicken Strips with Bell Peppers!
