  1. To prepare the Chicken with Cream and Mushrooms, start by soaking the dried mushrooms in a bowl of lukewarm water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a non-stick pan, sauté the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil. When the garlic has browned, remove it and add the previously drained mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. In a large non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil with sage. Lightly flour the chicken pieces, add them to the pan, season with salt and add a sprinkle of pepper.
