  1. To prepare the Crispy Baked Chicken Breast, take the chicken breasts and cut them lengthwise in half to obtain two thin cutlets. Take two medium-sized bowls: in one put the breadcrumbs, while in the other combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, and whisk well to blend all ingredients together.

  2. Dip the chicken breasts in the oil and lemon emulsion, then coat them in the breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese, pressing firmly with your hands to ensure the coating sticks well. Take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. When the surface is nicely golden brown, remove from the oven and serve your Crispy Baked Chicken Breast!
