  1. To prepare Grandma’s Bundt Cake (Ciambellone della Nonna), take a medium-sized bowl and beat the eggs with sugar using an electric mixer until you get a fluffy mixture.
  2. Keep the mixer running while adding the vegetable oil and milk, and continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined. Then gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  3. Finally, pour in the liqueur and add the salt and grated lemon zest. Continue mixing until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous batter.
  4. Take a 26-centimeter (10-inch) Bundt cake pan with high sides, grease it with butter and dust with flour, then pour in all the batter. Level the surface with a spatula, then bake in a preheated conventional oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes.
  5. After this time, perform the toothpick test, and if the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then remove from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, and serve your Grandma’s Bundt Cake! Finally, remember to download our App with exclusive content and fewer ads!
