  1. To prepare the Bell Pepper Cream Gnocchi, start by washing, cleaning and cutting the bell peppers into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  2. Pour the oil into a non-stick pan, add the chopped onion and diced bell peppers. Cook over high heat until the peppers are perfectly browned.
  3. When the peppers are soft, add the tomato paste, adjust the salt to taste, stir to combine and turn off the heat.
  4. Transfer the contents of the pan to a food processor bowl, add the cream cheese and sprinkle with a pinch of chili powder. Pulse the machine and process until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  5. Cook the gnocchi in plenty of lightly salted water, removing them with a slotted spoon when they float to the surface (this typically takes 2-3 minutes).
  6. While the gnocchi are cooking, transfer the bell pepper sauce to a non-stick pan and heat it up.
  7. Once the gnocchi are cooked, transfer them to the pan with the bell pepper sauce and stir to combine thoroughly.
  8. Plate the dish, sprinkle with freshly chopped basil leaves and serve your Bell Pepper Cream Gnocchi immediately! Finally, remember to download our App with exclusive content and fewer ads!
