  1. To prepare the Pastry Cream (Crema Pasticcera) with the Thermomix, put 4 egg yolks and sugar in the mixing bowl and operate the blades without setting any temperature for 3 minutes at speed 2.

  2. Now add the milk, vanilla pod seeds, sifted flour and cornstarch, and cook for 7 minutes at 90°C (194°F), speed 4.
